Na 16 dagen bloggen komt er vandaag dus even niets. Even geen inspiratie voor een nieuw blog. Dat komt waarschijnlijk omdat ik nog steeds geen lijstje heb gemaakt van mogelijke onderwerpen. Nog niet aan toegekomen. Daarom deel ik graag wat inspiratie die ik van anderen heb gekregen.
Hieronder vind je een bijzondere quote. Deze wordt toegedicht aan Nelson Mandela, maar is oorspronkelijk van Marianne Williamson, uit het boek ‘A Return to Love: Reflections on the Principles of “A Course in Miracles” ‘.
Mandela zou het hebben gebruikt in zijn inaugurele rede als president van Zuid-Afrika, maar ook dat is niet waar.
Dat neemt natuurlijk niet weg dat de quote echt prachtig is:

Afhankelijk van het moment waarop ik de quote lees, is er een andere zin die mij aanspreekt. Wat ik op dit moment één van de mooiste vind is: “And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.”
